Le chœur Mladost a été créé en 1969 à la faculté de Banska Bystrica. Durant sa longue existence, ce chœur a remporté de nombreux prix en Slovaquie, Hongrie, Pologne, Italie, Sardaigne, France et Argentine. Tous les choristes sont des étudiants, leur professeur de chant est Alfonz Poliak.

The choir Mladost was etablished in 1969 at the Pedagogic faculty, continuing the activities of the Pedagog choir. During its long existence, the choir has been awarded numerous prize in Slovatia as well as around Hungary, Poland, Italy, Sardegna, France, Argentina. The choir members are students of pedagogical faculty. The voice instructor of the choir is Alfonz Poliak and the conductor are prof. Milan Pazurik and Mgr. Art. Hana Kovacova.
